We were established in 2017, Jarrett called and asked if I wanted to be a part of something big but different, something awesome! I didn’t even hesitate. As we started to grow this thing, we said we wanted to do it the right way even if we lost every game. It was important to do it right. For me (Tim) it was about mentoring young men to become pillars in this great community and teaching these young men how to fit in a community different than the one they grew up in. As an 18-year-old kid in Willmar what is there to do after high school or a 20–22-year-old kid after college.

We developed a program that allows guys who want to try and go further in life. For the guys who still loved the game we gave them opportunities to coach and potentially become owners of this program. My office doors are always open for the guys to come in, and I am always available to give life and business advice. After 6 years with some tough times, we are still going strong and changing lives 1 young man at a time.
